Kindergarten

In Kindergarten, we introduce your child to the basic concepts of Mathematics, Social Studies, Geography, Science, Music, and Art. With our experienced, caring, native English-speaking teachers as your child’s guide, our Kindergarten Program will give your child a strong start on their educational journey and foster a desire to become healthy and morally responsible individuals. We apply the latest teaching practices and utilize modern technology, encouraging a positive, creative, and fun environment. This ensures your child will develop a solid foundation for future intellectual growth. All classes are taught by professional, qualified, experienced Native- English speaking teachers who care about your child’s education and well- being. Golden Gate believes that learning should be fun! We encourage your child to use their creativity and imagination as much as possible, while teaching them to use confidence in such areas as coping with everyday challenges, learning independence and having positive interpersonal relationships with fellow students, adults, and teachers. Our student base is from many different countries and backgrounds. These increases global exposure and creates a multicultural environment for our Cambodian students.

Primary Program

In the Primary Program, students extend their knowledge of subjects already learned in Kindergarten, such as English, Reading, Science, and Mathematics, and they also explore new subjects such as ICT, Social Studies, and Physical Education. They have the option to participate in various extra-curricular activities like music, drama, football, and art. At GGAS, our students benefit from a high standard of education. Our curriculum is provided by an American educational institution with the support and insight of qualified teachers. These are full-time courses that cater to grades one through eight. With our multicultural environment, all of our students are encouraged to use English at all times throughout the campus, not just in the classroom.

Middle School and High School

Golden Gate American School offers a comprehensive USA High School Diploma Program, allowing students to earn a USA-certified high school diploma in conjunction with Busche Academy, a certified educational institution based in the United States. This program provides your child with the full spectrum of American standard high school subjects, following an accredited curriculum designed to meet global standards. Through this partnership, students have the unique opportunity to earn a dual diploma, significantly enhancing their academic credentials and future opportunities.
Our qualified and experienced native English-speaking staff offer dedicated support at every step, ensuring each student comprehends the subjects thoroughly, thereby enhancing the overall value of our curriculum. Our state-of-the-art school facilities, including modern classrooms equipped with interactive smart boards and advanced technological equipment, create an optimal learning environment that fosters success. Additionally, Golden Gate American School offers Advanced Placement (AP) courses for students in Grades 11 and 12. These rigorous college-level courses provide an excellent opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of subjects, develop critical thinking skills, and potentially earn college credit.
